The Westin Desaru Coast Resort

 This is just purely sharing, not sponsored. (not enough views to get sponsored anyways) hahahahaha. Since we cant travel overseas and people are desperate for vacation, so LOCAL STAYCATION IT IS! 

A few months back, I've decided to visit Desaru in Johor because I saw a few nice hotels around that area. At the end, we've decided to visit Westin Desaru because the prices are reasonable and the hotel reviews are good. 

Okayyy, let the photos do the talking then:- 

So, we booked from a friend of ours who worked in Sedunia Travels. And the service was superb. 

The room we've chosen is the Premier Sea View, Guest room, 1 King, Sea view, Balcony

I think the surrounding of the resort is really clean and well maintained. However, the only problem we had was there were not many places to explore nearby the resort. It is in the middle of nowhere. But, we managed to find a place for seafood restaurant around 5km from the resort BUT IT IS HELL OF A SCARY ROAD on the way there....  The food was not too bad, I think because we ordered the wrong lobster. We ordered the ones with curry & salted egg. I would recommend you all to order something plain or less flavored so you can taste the lobster taste. 

Alright next, I would like to bring you all to the BEACHHHHH. I was shocked that it was quite crowded and the resort was quite congested. I guess its because like I said, people are desperate to go on a holiday. But overall, the beach, the sun-beds are clean and nice

Interracial Relationship

 

If you don't know what interracial relationship means, it simply means relationship between different races. But I personally think that this term should not even exist because a relationship between two people should not be categorized by the skintone of each person. 

I guess a lot of us in Malaysia been through a childhood when our parents or grandparents will say if we dont listen to them, then abunene (indian people) will catch us. Hmmmmm. Then slowly it grew in us that darker skin tone people are bad people. I thought so too when i was younger.... i think until i entered college and university where the races are more diversified, then the thought has disappeared automatically.

After I graduated, I moved to KL and I see a lot of interracial couples living happily. I have a close friend / manager in my current company, she is married to an indian guy and she is EXTREMELY happy and I felt interracial couple or dating Indian is no where near scary. In fact, I think its pretty cool. I legit think that no matter what race we are, as long as two people click and have the connection, then nothing matters. The most important thing is, two individuals are happy despite what the outside world thinks! P/s, mixed babies are the cutest! 

I had ex that was violent, but he was a CHINESE. wow. got violent chinese one ah. 😏

Ermmm. DUHHH... dont so stereotypical pleaseeeeee. I do believe that every race got good ones and bad ones. 

Glamorous Night

 Oh well. I was looking through the old photos and realized I've attended an award show and all of us look great! I know a bit perasan, but I am serious. We looked good on that night! Haha. Let me share some of the photos for memories sake.

What? It's already May 2021?!

 Alright, this is gonna be a random post. I am posting this because my friends don't let me upload these photos of my birthday on my social media. They said they are ugly... -_- Pleaseeee they are not..... Nonsense.... 

Just a quick update about myself. We are now in MCO 3.0. 10 years from now I will be sharing this story to my kids (if i have one). Hahahhaa. Telling them that we used to work from home, eat from home, party from home, basically.... stuck at home most of the time. (not voluntarily or willingly. It's just orders from the government. Oh well. Stupid covid. Let me rewind a bit since these two months has been shit because I was home most of the time. So, let's rewind to the good times, which is my birthday! 

Okay, so during my birthday, someone arranged and planned the whole thing and I am beyond thankful someone in my life <3 

So, he arranged a staycation in Ruma Hotel and I would highly recommend that hotel because it is too crowded and the hotel design is really artsy fartsy.

And of course I have to be SUPER EXTRA in such a nice hotel 

I can't express how lucky I am to have people that love me so so much! Of course they are lucky too. (because I am their friend) Okay, surprises didnt stop there. 

So, someone brought me to get my birthday gift because I've been bugging someone.

And then, someone planned a surprise dinner for me! By inviting people that matter to me... Ahhhh 

And a few more celebrations with awesome and beautiful people in my life
